Staples that are worth buying on sales: blazers
Sales. Although the sales are an excellent opportunity to buy higher quality items – such as wool overcoats, cashmere sweaters, leather boots, etc. – the truth is that sometimes it’s quite impossible to resist a bargain.
And, despite privileging quality more and more, that does not mean that from time to time I don’t buy fast fashion pieces. If there is a piece I love with a good price tag, I don’t resist.
Why should I, after all?
I've been looking for a mint green blazer for ages because it's a color that goes well both on winter and summer outfits.
Consequently, that is what happened to me in this Shein blazer. It was love at first sight and, more than that, I was sure that it was a piece that I would wear a lot.
The truth is that I love blazers and, actually, they are never too much. For their versatility, for visual harmony and because on the days when I do not feel like wearing anything, they truly save me. I’ve been looking for a mint green blazer for ages because it’s a color that goes well both on winter and summer outfits. And this Shein one is just perfect, isn’t it?
And, the best part is that it’s super cheap. It may not be a piece that will last forever, but in fashion as in everything else, not everything has to be for life. There are loves that are worthwhile they last. And they are no less valid because of that.
