Janis: A little Paris in Lisbon
Cafe Janis. On Saturday we went to Lisbon because we won invitations to the SBSR. Or at least that was the excuse. As we arrived by the afternoon and had nothing to do, we decided to go get something to drink. And that’s how we got to Cafe Janis.
On the terrace is Paris that dominates with the typical chairs and the marble tables
Located right at the Mercado da Ribeira, it is one of those places that win our hearts almost at first sight. In the inner space, there are Mexican vibes on the fruits, plants and, of course, on the giant cactus. But on the terrace is Paris that dominates with the typical chairs and the marble tables. Apart from the beauty of the space, one should commend the friendliness of the staff and, of course, the food. We ordered prawns and olives for snacks and, believe me, everything was delicious. And, the best part (and whoever is from Lisbon will understand me), without queues or crowds and highly instagramable.
If you are in Lisbon and still have not been there, you really need to, believe me.
