What we can learn with Lovely Pepa video on youtube
Internet. Last Friday I was killing time on the internet when I watched the Alexandra Pereira’s video about having suffered bullying in a forum for 8 years because who she is: a digital influencer. I immediately remembered the text I had written here, but I was not less shocked. The internet, like the world, is full of bad people.
But, after watching the video until the end (if you haven’t seen it yet, you really have to) I got some words from Alexandra in my head: “if during these 8 years those people had lost less time talking about me and more focused on them, maybe they had some of the success I have. ” Isn’t it true?
Our time and our energy are the most valuable things we have. And truth is that when we decide to waste them with people or things who don't matter, we are just hurting ourselves and not nobody else.

So, let’s focus more on what we want, on our goals and our dreams and less in what the others are doing. After all, that’s the difference between successful people and those who just criticize.

I am yet to watch her video but that’s a really good point. The time spent criticising others could be spent on more fruitful endeavours. At the end of the day what we focus on is what we accomplish. Keyboard warriors rarely make headlines or waves in life. People don’t realise how hard and time consuming blogging really is. They have this perception that its frivolous and run by people with mentalities of entitlement. And that couldn’t be further from the truth. I hate seeing people hating on bloggers and making fun of their appearance. It’s so ridiculously childish.
