3 books to read on the beach (or in any other place)
Books. Ever since I remember being me I love books. I love the words that lead me through stories and realities that I would never know otherwise. So, of course, I always have a book in my hand, and that’s why, when I’m asked what I want as a birthday gift, I always answer books.
And, the place where I love reading the most in the world is at the beach.
I love the peaceful it gives me and how about in the character and in the story I can get. It’s like being in another dimension.
As I know there are a lot of people out there like me, I’m sharing 3 books to read on the beach. Or anywhere else because a good book can be read anywhere.

3 books to read on the beach (trust me they are worth it)
The time between, Maria Dueñas
Do you know those stories we wanted to last forever, because getting to the last page is painful? This book is one of those. Incredibly well written, it makes us travel through a Madrid devastated by civil war and a Spanish Morocco (Spanish Protectorate), and makes us fall in love with the main character, Sira, and her adventures and misadventures. I highly recommend it because it was my favorite book of the year.
La Templanza, Maria Dueñas
After falling in love with The time between seams, I could not resist buying Maria Dueñas’ latest book: The Vineyards of Templanza. I took it to Cuba and basically read it in three days. The story is beautiful and the author’s amazing writing conquered me again. I highly recommend it.
Night over water, Ken Follett
I had read this novel a few years ago and, as I loved it so much, I took it on vacation to reread it. Yes, I have the habit of rereading books, whenever they truly win me. Anyone who has been following the blog for some time knows that I love Ken Follet since his novels are always stimulating.
My favorite title so far is this one so I highly recommend it.
