What are dreams made of?
Dreaming. Dreams are born with us, and I believe they’re half fantasy half will. Some people say dreams are just foolish illusions that break at the first wind blow. I don’t see things that way. For me, dreams are the blow that keeps the flame of life alight.
You see, when I was younger I’ve dreamt about having a coat like this, black and gold embroidered. And, for many years I thought I would never found one. It happened that someone had the same dream. And because of that, this awesome coat exists. And one of my little dreams became true.
When a dream comes true, the border of reality we know gets larger.
The thing is, not everything we dream will become true. It happens because we dream a lot. And, as we all know, dreams and imagination are a sea of infinity possibilities. On the other hand, reality is way more limited.
By telling this, I don’t mean we shouldn’t dream. Otherwise, I truly believe we should. A lot. Because when a dream comes true, the border of reality we know gets larger.
And, if we are lucky enough, when we got older with all that wrinkles on our faces as a mark of what we’ve lived, we will look back and think we’ve lived a dream life. And, it will be happening just because what we have dared to dream became true.
