Best thing about winter: faux fur coats
Cold. I and the cold have a complicated relationship. Actually, cold days mean troubles in the morning because I never know what to wear. Unlike summer, when we can pick any dress in the morning and we’re ready to go, in winter time we need so much discipline to get dressed. Plus, by five p.m. it’s already dark outside what really sucks. I wish I could emigrate to Maldives until April (already imagining myself under a beautiful palm tree soaking up the sun). Unfortunately, that is not possible. So, here I am trying to figure out how to fight cold days without going crazy.
For those who will tell that Portugal is not that cold, I know. I still don’t know how Russians make it through the winter. Still, I’m not a cold person, so please understand.
I’ve found out that the biggest allies one can have to fight cold days are wool jumpers and faux fur coats.
Anyways, I’ve found out that the biggest allies one can have to fight cold days are wool jumpers and faux fur coats. Although I’ve been told i look like a bear every time i wear a faux fur coat i don’t care. It makes me feel cozy and warm and that is what matters, right? For me, the best of winter are the faux fur coats and the cappuccinos.
Luckily, this year the faux fur coats are trendy so it’s easy to find them anywhere. What i love the most about them is how they give a cheerful touch too gray days while keeping us warm. This one I wearing is a bit old (found it at Asos sales a few years ago), but still is one of my favorites. Mainly because of the colors and because it’s too cozy.
After all, as it happens in life, even winter has a good side, isn’t it?
