3 Yves Saint Laurent beauty must have
YSL. One of my favorite makeup brands, besides Guerlain, is Yves Saint Laurent. I mean, it’s quite impossible not to love the luxury gold packaging, all the story behind it and the amazing products themselves.

So, today i’m sharing my top 3 Yves Saint Laurent products. Of course, the brand has a lot of amazing products but these ones are my total favorites. Some i have used for a while now, other i discovered when Mário Dias the Portuguese official Yves Saint Laurent makeup artist did my makeup (have you seen on my stories?). He told me that the makeup directors on Yves Saint Laurent try to use the brushes the less possible to use the finger instead. Interesting isn’t it? So, my favorites are:
This is a classic and i use it for years now. When it’s finished i buy a new one. I love the natural glow it adds to the skin making it look so naturally perfect. It’s like if you wake up with this amazing skin. Some people think it’s a concealer but it’s not. It’s a delicate highlighter that you should apply on the strategic points of the face to make it glow. My shade is 1 and i just can’t tell how much i love this product.
I used Nars Radiance Cream and Mac Prolongwear for years and even if they’re both amazing (i still have both and still use both), the truth is after some hours of application my under eyes zone started looking dry. This is the biggest difference of All Hours. It last all day long without cracking. Love it.
A long time ago when i was a teenager Yves Saint Laurent launched a limited edition black Kajal. At the time i saved all the money i could to buy it. And i did it. It was black, intense and the packaging was Morrocan inspired. I used it until its end and i still keep what has left. It was my first makeup buy.
So, when Mario showed me the new Kajal i just could not resist. He suggested i should buy it in dark green instead of black as my eyes are just too dark. And so, i did. Since i’ve bought it i’ve been using it a lot. Smokey or not you really need to try it.
Needless to say, as a lipstick addicted i buy Yves Saint Laurent lipsticks from time to time (and i love it) and even eyeshadows palette (less and less because i dislike its pigmentation). Anyways, what i really wanted to share with you were these products i can’t live without and i truly believe are totally worth the money. What about you, what are your Yves Saint Laurent favorites?
