Amsterdam. When travelling i love to find cool places in the city i’m visiting. That happened in Amsterdam, off course. So, today i’m sharing with you cool places and tips from Amsterdam. If you’re visiting the city in the near future, or if you plan visiting it someday, check it out:
Arriving in Amsterdam: The best way to go from the airport to the city is by train. It costs 5,90€, and it’s the cheaper and faster alternative to arrive in the city.
Where to stay? We stayed at Kuwadro B&B Amsterdam Jordan. It’s located in a nice neighbourhood, the room was totally fine for us, and it had a corner with food, like cheese, bread, milk, fruit, cereals, Nespresso, tea, etc, that was replaced everyday. I totally recommend it.
Place you can’t miss: The Flower Market, for obvious reasons.
Singel, 1012 DH Amsterdam
Where to eat? We found this little restaurante called The Hummus House, in a non touristic neighbourhood and totally loved it. I ate the best hummus of my life there (can’t think about it without getting angry).
Sint Antoniesbreestraat 25C, 1011 HB Amsterdam
To visit: Van Loon Museum. I’ve already talk about it on last post, and it’s totally worth the visit.
Keizersgracht 672, 1017 ET Amsterdam
To enjoy: There are a lot of clothes’ and other stuff flea markets around the city and they’re totally worth the visit. I found the one on Lindengracht pretty good, with such amazing clothes.
To relax: C.T. Coffee & Coconut is a beautiful place where you can drink natural coconut water (yay!), and eat a tasteful vegan hamburger.

To inspire: Lavinia Good Food is such an amazing coffee spot and restaurant with the coolest decor.
Kerkstraat 176, 1017 GT Amsterdam
To eat the best Apple Tart: Ok, i don’t appreciate apple pie that much, but this one, at Winkel, is really, really good. You can order it with or without chantilly. Try it, you won’t regret it.
Noordermarkt 43, 1015 NA Amsterdam
To rest: Piqniq. It’s a beautiful flowered coffee spot. The milkshakes are delightful and there’s a cute black and white cat living there (if you don’t like cats, pass this place).
Lindengracht 59HS, 1015 KC Amsterdam
To appreciate the city: The SkyLounge, located on the top of Doubletree by Hilton Hotel has an impressive view over the city. At evenings there are dj’s and cocktails.

To buy vintage clothes: Bis Vintage Store is a peculiar store where one can find a lot of clothes from another’s eras. If you like vintage, so you have to visit it.

For one last coffee: Scandinavian Embassy. It’s a lovely and small coffee spot, far away from the typical tourists. They produce their own coffee, and it’s pretty amazing to have a talk and relax a bit.
